If you have not signed up for Flash Alert, please do so ASAP. If you have signed up in the past for this free service you may want to make sure everything is the same. With the winter season approaching we need everyone to get signed up. If you don't have access to the internet at home you can come to the school to use one of our computers to get added to this system. It is free of charge to sign up for this system. Please notify one of the school offices when and if you have signed up for this system.

Internet Safety & Cyber Bullying Seminar
The Seminar scheduled for today (Monday, Feb. 8th) has been cancelled. We will post here and send home notes when this has been rescheduled.

Ector Yearbook Staff
Our yearbook staff is selling Umbrella's for thier yearly fundraiser. It is the golf sized umbrella's. They are only $15 each. February 15th is the deadline for getting yours order. Click here for an order form.

IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER
If you have not signed up for the "Flash Alert" system you can listen to KFYN radio station, or watch KTEN channel 10, WFAA channel 8, or NBC5. If you do want to sign up and haven't yet you can call the school 903-961-2355 and we will help you get signed up for this helpful system.

Order your 2010 yearbook now
Here is the link to order your yearbooks directly from Jostens http://jostensyearbooks.com?REF=A08215400. They are only $25 until April 13, 2010. Then from April 14, 2010 until June 1, 2010 you can purchase one for only $35. Personalization(extra charge) & options cannot be purchased after April 13, 2010.

Parent Portal
We passed out the information on this new program at the Meet the Teacher Night. If you were unable to attend this event we mailed your information to the address we had on file. This is taking the place of the K12 Planet system. You will be able to see your child's grades & attendance. As well as ways to contact the teachers. We are excited about this new user friendly program and hope you will be as well. There is a link on this page to easily take you to the web page.
