If you have not signed up for Flash Alert, please do so ASAP. If you have signed up in the past for this free service you may want to make sure everything is the same. With the winter season approaching we need everyone to get signed up. If you don't have access to the internet at home you can come to the school to use one of our computers to get added to this system. It is free of charge to sign up for this system. Please notify one of the school offices when and if you have signed up for this system.

Welcome

We would like to welcome you to Ector Independent School District's Web Page. Our school consists of approximately 250 students on a K-12 campus.

OPEN HOUSE & ELEMENTARY BUILDING DEDICATION
We will have open house and Elementary building dedication. The building dedication will take place at 6:00 in the front of our Elementary School building. Open house will start at 6:30. You will be able to pick up your child's first report card for the school year. If you ordered a yearbook last school year you will be able to pick those up at that time as well. Hot dogs will be served in our cafetorium.

PTO FUNDRAISER
Our PTO group will be having their annual fundraiser starting Sept. 27th and ending Oct. 11th. All orders are due in on Oct. 11th. They will be selling the Red Wheel products. Delivery date will be Nov. 9th 3:30 - 5:30 in the school Cafetorium.

BOOK FAIR
Our Fall book fair dates for this year are Oct. 25th - 29th. Open daily from 8:00 - 4:00, except for Thursday will we will extend the hours until 8:00 pm for Family night. This will be in the Elementary Library. Come out and help support our Elementary and High School Libraries.

IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER
If you have not signed up for the "Flash Alert" system you can listen to KFYN radio station, or watch KTEN channel 10, WFAA channel 8, or NBC5. If you do want to sign up and haven't yet you can call the school 903-961-2355 and we will help you get signed up for this helpful system.

Parent Portal
If your student was attending school here last year and you went through the steps to have access to your students grades, attendance, etc in the Parent Portal website your same login should still work this year. If your student is new to our school this year the steps as well as access code will be sent out to you very soon. If you have questions don't hesitate to call Marcia Bush at 903-961-2355.
